Everybody knows how much I love this place. A Ryland Inn Wedding is always going to be a memorable occasion for any couple. This wedding was no different 🙂 Fred and Kara are obviously a beautiful couple but I can’t tell you how great it is to work with down to earth, sweet people. As a photographer, I have to connect with my couples in order to understand whats important to them. These photos become family keepsakes and I take that responsibility very seriously.
Kara’s hair was in a soft, romantic updo, a little on the side, with a beaded headband. She wore a fingertip length veil with beading around the edge. Her bouquet had white and blush flowers, a pop of burgundy and some greens. In a description to me Kara wrote “It will be tied with lace from my mom’s wedding gown. I may also pin a locket on it with pictures of my late grandparents as well.”
My favorite part of the reception was when Kara’s Dad took over for a few songs with his band. Boy did they bring the house down! He and I chatted a little before the reception and I was immediately a fan. It was awesome to see him up there in the spot light!
Enjoy..
